DESCRIPTION:1. Eligibility\n\nOpen to women artists.\nSelf-taught\, hobby artists\, amateur as well as professional artists are all welcome.\nParticipation is open to emerging and undiscovered talent.\n\n2. Accepted Art Forms\n\nCanvas paintings\, sketches\, drawings\, mixed\, illustrations\, and hand-made artworks are accepted (made on hardcopy). Any size can be submitted.\nOnly 1 painting or artwork per registration is allowed. Multiple entries will be rejected.\nDigital art is not accepted.\nOnly 1 Artwork’s scanned copy (in HD) should be sent only after complete registration on our email.\nArtwork must be 100% original. No plagiarism\, tracing\, or copied concepts allowed.\nWork must reflect personal creativity and expression.\n\n\n3. Registration Policy\n\n₹99/- registration fee is compulsory for enrollment.\nThe registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.\nRegistration confirms interest but does not automatically guarantee final exhibition placement.\nRegistration will not be considered successful until payment is completed.\n\n\n4. Submission Requirements: After registration\, participants must submit to our email id till 31st March 2026:\n\n1 clear image of their artwork (High Resolution)\nA short meaning or essence of your artwork (100–150 words)\nContact details\nArtwork details (size\, medium\, year created)\nFormat in email: Full Name-Phone Number-Artwork Details (mention these details in email & not another document).\n\n\n5. Selection & Display\n\nRB House of Arts reserves the right to curate and select artworks based on quality and theme suitability.\nSelected artworks will be eligible for exhibition\, auction\, and promotional opportunities.\nAll artworks must be presentation ready.\n\n6. Sales & Commission\n\nOnce selected\, pricing will be discussed mutually with the artist.\nA standard commission will apply to sold artworks.\nPayment to artists will be processed within the committed timeline after a successful sale.\n\n7. Promotion & Branding\n\nRB House of Arts has the right to photograph\, publish\, and promote artworks for marketing and branding purposes.\nFull credit will always be given to the artist.\n\n8. Code of Conduct\n\nRespectful communication is mandatory.\nAny misrepresentation\, copied artwork\, or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.\nOnce selected\, last-minute withdrawal is discouraged.\n\n9. Limited Seats\n\nSeats are limited. Selection & Enrollment is on a first-come\, first-served basis.\nEarly registration is highly recommended.
