Women’s Day Registration 2026

1. Eligibility
- Open to women artists.
- Self-taught, hobby artists, amateur as well as professional artists are all welcome.
- Participation is open to emerging and undiscovered talent.
2. Accepted Art Forms
- Canvas paintings, sketches, drawings, mixed, illustrations, and hand-made artworks are accepted (made on hardcopy). Any size can be submitted.
- Only 1 painting or artwork per registration is allowed. Multiple entries will be rejected.
- Digital art is not accepted.
- Only 1 Artwork’s scanned copy (in HD) should be sent only after complete registration on our email.
- Artwork must be 100% original. No plagiarism, tracing, or copied concepts allowed.
- Work must reflect personal creativity and expression.
3. Registration Policy
- ₹99/- registration fee is compulsory for enrollment.
- The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Registration confirms interest but does not automatically guarantee final exhibition placement.
- Registration will not be considered successful until payment is completed.
4. Submission Requirements: After registration, participants must submit to our email id till 31st March 2026:
- 1 clear image of their artwork (High Resolution)
- A short meaning or essence of your artwork (100–150 words)
- Contact details
- Artwork details (size, medium, year created)
- Format in email: Full Name-Phone Number-Artwork Details (mention these details in email & not another document).
5. Selection & Display
- RB House of Arts reserves the right to curate and select artworks based on quality and theme suitability.
- Selected artworks will be eligible for exhibition, auction, and promotional opportunities.
- All artworks must be presentation ready.
6. Sales & Commission
- Once selected, pricing will be discussed mutually with the artist.
- A standard commission will apply to sold artworks.
- Payment to artists will be processed within the committed timeline after a successful sale.
7. Promotion & Branding
- RB House of Arts has the right to photograph, publish, and promote artworks for marketing and branding purposes.
- Full credit will always be given to the artist.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respectful communication is mandatory.
- Any misrepresentation, copied artwork, or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Once selected, last-minute withdrawal is discouraged.
9. Limited Seats
- Seats are limited. Selection & Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early registration is highly recommended.
